I'm stoked to be partnering up with Chef Trevor Bird of Fable Kitchen - someone who may look familiar to those who love The Food Network! He made Vancouver proud in 2012 when he competed in Top Chef Canada, and has also made his mark locally with Fable Kitchen - a restaurant based on the concept of bringing food straight from the farm to the table: FABLE ... get it!?

If you've never been before, you should know - it's right in our Kits neighbourhood on West 4th between Cypress and Maple. The food is incredible - I recommend trying the Wild BC Salmon. It's really clear to see that there's a lot passion and care for the quality ingredients they put into their menu - they are redefining Canadian cuisine.

Next Thursday, May 4th, Fable Kitchen will be hosting a very, very special event:

A five course dinner paired with Bordertown Wines from BC's Oysoyoos Wine Region!

The menu has been created by the talented Chef Max Straczek to pair with a selection of five wines. The Chef and a winery principal will both be in attendance to introduce each course that has been curated for your palettes. Everyone gets to sit at a long harvest style table!

Trevor and I are giving away two of these tickets! Valued at $100+ each, and we're also including a $50 gift card to Fable Kitchen to go with. Yeeoo!

To enter the contest, here's the deal:

You must be available to attend the dinner - Thursday, May 4th, 7pm (at Fable Kitchen 1944 West 4th Ave)
You must be 19+
This is an Instagram ONLY Conest!

We will announce the winner via Instagram Story on @vancouverlivin's account at 10:30am - just after the contest closes. You must send us a direct message to claim your prize within an hour, or else we will re-draw.

This prize is valued at over $250, and includes 2 tickets - one for the contest entrant and a friend.
